just cut it and buy some new pins
if its siezed that bad it will be fucked anyway.
cut the nut off or cut down between the spring and the perch.
I no.. they are absolutely stuffed. I have gotten the nut off, just cant bash the pin out enough to get the grinder in there, there is actually like, from the outer plate where the 2 lil bolts go in to hold it, well on the other side, where they are resessed in if you follow that, you have to bash it out atleast 10mil to get the blade onto the actual shaft of the pin. Cheers

still gotta rent the bottles,(oxy and acetalyne) but you might be able to get the regulators and torch cheaper. $200 min i would imagine for cheap stuff.Lux_89 wrote:Holy crap.. i dont mean those big ones in the stands, just a handheld one, like the size of a small fire extinguisher. Usually sparky's have em?
can you get the grinder in between the leaf and the perch? us one of the thin blades and you should be able to cut the pin both sides of the leaf.Lux_89 wrote:alright then, im sure it woulc come in handy elswhere but.. oh well, i cant bash it out enough to get the grinder to the actuall pin, so there goes that, wdfort aint working, looks like my best bet will be to buy one of the buggers..
hey guys, currently goin very slowly with getting the pin out, any slower and goin backwards... Ive tryed heating it up, no suxxes, managed to cut one side with the grinder, think im gonna need a bigger grinder though, as im using three blades to one side as the blade dosent stay big enough to reach in long enough.. im up for a new mount now but im thinkin f**k it.. its the parts truck now!! Recon get the bigger grinder??
