biggest tyres under hj45

Hi all, just wondering what would be the biggest tyres that people run on a hj45 with no body lift. As i am building one up at the moment and now would be the time to put them in.

Only looking at going to 33's maybe 35's max.

ive got 35x13.5x15 maxxis mudzillers under my fj45 no lift at all on it
some slight rubbing on the rear inner guard and on the chassi and steering arms at the front

there is a yellow 40's down sydney way that has 49's under it and i dont think it has any body lift, could be wrong but.
