Nothing missing or damaged in the kit I bought. Just give everything a good clean and degrease before starting out would be my only tip. I have heard people have issues with the seals and prefer to get factory ones, but I haven't had any drama with them.foolsp33d wrote:sweet:) included everything? no nasty surprises?! missing gasket tears, etc??
yeah tend to have to clean the zuki before doing any thing with it! learnt that years ago!
Sweet! noticed you went for thier poly bushes to..
so after i read a few topics, the blue isnt to hard and restrict u on flex at all? is a "comfortable" ride, as good as a zuki can get?!? got extended shackles to go on so figured would do it all at once.. knuckles, bushes, might be safe n do the rear wheel bearings while im there..

I found the bushes to be pretty good. The purists will try and say the maybe 2-3mm of extra movement you get with a rubber bush is better, but the only problem I have found with the poly's is that they squeak sometimes. My original rubbers were flogged out and the new ones certainly tightened everything up and made the steering a whole lot better too. A few people on here have the poly's and haven't had any major issues afaik.
