Is it possible to get longer front wheel studs for a 60 series, (approx 10mm more thread) or does anyone know of a simliar stud from another vehicle that would suit?
Studs need to have a machined shoulder to suport the disc, then the knurling for the interference fit on the hubs....

My wheel studs on my 60 are ample long enough.
When in doubt..... UTE-ERIZE it!!!
use the studs off the front of a 60 then, they are longer(than the rear studs) to cater for the disc on the back of the hub.flyology wrote:I am looking at building a rear disc brake conversion and wanted the longer studs for that.
