Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone who has fitted a 12h-t to a hilux, or if it is even possible?

Far to big.. you would have to adjust the rear tappets through the glovebox, let alone the massive suspension upgrade you would need to support its weight..

As suggested, a 5L-T (not a 1KZTE) would be a more suitable, and easier swap... i suggest a R151f gearbox aswell.
Cheers,
Dan.
