Relate and re-attatch the hinge when you do the sills! :) Do it Join the zuki-lution:D :armsup:
As Layton said the mechanicals are an easy job in all and its experiance for later.. when you decide to go gears, or RUFs, rebuilds,ladeda..

DO IT.

Check the bush mechanic mod to fix the bonnet hinge. Tech screws + alu plate = awesome :D
