Parabolic Springs (60 series)

Post by ellard »

Hi there all

Is there anyone on the forum whom has Parabolic Springs fitted to a 60 series - if so any comments on what they are like.

Also is there a distributer in SA?

Thanks in advance

Hi there

I have only found one out let in Australia - Westralia Spring Works

[info@westraliasprings.com.au]

They quoted me:

Front $687.50

Rear $1021.90

plus shockers at $269.50 a pair.

I am happy to give any new product a go - but justrcurious how do these prices compair with other suspension kits.

Not on a 60 Series, but on an LN106. Better ride, ( you wouldn't know that it's an old boonga Lux), better artic, more expensive than leafs, but a longer life span apparently. Must use (more expensive) foam shockers tho. as they kill gas ones very quickly. Had them for 10 mths & wouldn't ever concider going back to std leafs again.
Got them locally here from Westralia Springs in Welshpool
Can't find the receipt, but it was about $700 for the front & $900 for the rear - springs, U bolts, shocks & bushes.
