I reset my OME springs for my Zuk several times without any real issues, low tech in the press .. bend a little move a little .. spot penned is when the "tension side or the inside of the arched bit" has been blasted with steel shot to work harden it a bit and help keep it's arch .. (well thats what I have been told anyways)

Did the same thing to my spring - took the packs apart and put each leaf in a press and just kept moving them along a bit more and pressing them again... the springs seemed to return to their same flat arch within a few weeks though...

However, since removing much of the vehicles weight, they are back up to near full arch again i think..
