N/T tail shaft in a W/T

can any one tell me if the tail shafts are inter changable?
the W/T is an 88 soft top swb
the n/t are out of a swb too not sure of model

Tail shafts are interchangeable but the flange bolt pattern is different so you will need the yokes from the the WT. A good opportunity to put new unis in and call it good.

no , there are three different bolt paterns for the flanges , and you have two , the third is the later w/t.

prob is my uni busted at the rear and damaged the shaft and yoke (the yoke is the bit that bolts to the diff isnt it)
any one know if they are available new?
