See the specs on Jodie Everdings rig ?

What do you get when you connect 508 horse power to, Spider Trax "high 9" axles with 58 degrees of turning radius? F-BOMB, Jody Everding's newest rig. For the past year Jody has been working hard to put this sweet new rig together. Recently finished, this weekend is its shake down run to see how it does. The rig features a Dart aluminum block punched out to 421 cubic inches. Fuel is delivered via a 1375 CFM throttle body and is controlled with a FAST systems EFI computer. The motor pulls 500 ft-lb of torque at 2500 rpm and the motor pulls strong all the way up to 6500 RPM's. The three gallon fuel cell is only enough to carry the rig through one course before needing to be refueled. Power is routed through a custom TCI built Turbo 350 and 3.8 to 1 Atlas II Transfer Case. The axles are a joint venture between Twisted Customs, CTM and Spider Trax. To get an amazing 58 degrees of turn angle from the front axle, extra beefy custom 1550 style U-joints and knuckles were created just for this application. Jody says that the front wheels turn so sharp that sometimes the tires tend to plow forward instead of turning.

58 degress
He is still comming second last in his class(Pro-Mod) though. Im guessing he is having some issues.

And Dave Cole in a very simple rig with a dirty 22R Toy motor is currently leading in Pro-Mod

I was more impressed with the steering angle than the horsepower ;)

508Hp might be a little overkill :P
