spectator activities

Post by Hobzee »

Here's a sample of the harder core activities avaialable to spectators.

Competitors will get a few question style tests - these will be given to spectators afterwards to do.

Competitors will do navigatiuonal stages - these can be done by spectators afterwards - cross country driving but no speed...

The navigational up the river (per last year) will be longer this year (maybe 50 k's). Spectators will do as a convoy and group navigation and take down the signs as they go. The quicker ones can go ahead (but leave the signs

Wednesday will be the river drive in the morning and in the afternoon free tour time (flights, tour and samples of under ground pub in white cliffs, property tour incl Cob and Co road house ruins on the property) or maybe do Mon & Tues navigational stages... Competitors will be doing a 5 hour navigational stage in the distant hills (not much to see).

I already have stage itinery set for Mon-Wed (will do Thur/Fri when setting up the week before) so this year there will be Itinery plans so you know well in advance what's going on each day (even the menu for the next few days).

Thanks go to Nic and Danni for revving me along and getting me motivated. You watchem at the event they will have a stick with my name on it.

Four weeks to go........ :onfire:

It's going to be great fun once again.

So who coming along???

There will be a chance to fly over White Cliffs to views those groovy mounds you can only see from the air this year. Along with all the above fun and some great action on the stages.

Flyer coming soon.

Get it right ruffy, it was 6 days not a week. :D

Anyway, no i won't be pulling out of this, i love helping out with the spectators and based on the last few years, this year is going to be even more fun.

Danni and I have been talking and have a few things organised for those interested in some games and fun, If not the action will be a plenty to keep everyone happy.

may even get one of us up in a joy flight with some spectators to see the action above - DANNI.

We had our final meeting the other night. we have a few more spectators coming along, I hope you all have your fun hats on.

Danni will be sending an email to you all soon, so stay tuned for that.
Make sure you take note it's bound to have something in it thats needs to be remembered for a Quiz of some kind.

Raffle tickets are waiting and we again have some excellent prizes for those wanting a little something extra.

We are heading off Friday morning and staying at Hay, so anyone else on the road thats our agenda.
