Zook Vibration Problem Is it clutch or diff?

Post by JacZook »

Hi Alll

I have a problem with my Zook.

I have a vibration driving right across the rev range. When not in gear idles ok but when in gear i feel a bad vibration when driving. Gearing down I can feel it. Makes me think it is a clutch problem. Clutch is not slipping thou! If it was the diff or drive line it should do when rolling not in gear.
Any ideas, Suggestion would be great

Cheers

unis + tailshaft in phase.
i had that issue with my old zook. was partly uni joints and my tailshaft was out of phase.. only by a few splines but enough to shake the jibbers out of me and the zook.

x2

Specially the rear gearbox mount. The bolts can pull through and flog around when under load.
