Finally did my 1st dyno run the other day and came back with higher numbers than i expected Its running about 19psi with relative low timing. 343hp@wheels (255kw). And the torque! 1987 N.M! (1465 lbf ft)
I only had time for one run on the dyno as a monster winch challenge truck was being a hog Didn't even do any tuning, just checked the air\fuel levels were ok. Can't wait to see how it goes with a big tune! It already lifts the front left wheel off the ground ridiculously easy, and has lifted both a few times!!

Turbo Pajero!

Nice work!
I'm also interested in the fuel pump replacement...... I'm looking for a Gen1 3.0L direct fit that will support 250HP at 55psi max...... 1 bar rail pressure about 40 psi.
I'd like to hear about the EMS ECU also - we have a supplier here, but I don't know much about the EMS units.... am considering MegaSquirt, but looking for options.

I use it, and it's top class, made from a very well known european company. I see they have a dealer in the States...
P.S. check the the characteristics and prices and compare them with a Motec

I used a Walbro pump again because of great results with them in the past. There were no mods necessary. I basically unbolted the old one, and put this one in its place. Its the easiest one i've ever fitted I bought it from Automotive Service Solutions (used to be called petroject) in brisbane and it came with a filter kit to fit the Pajero. It was only about $190 trade and is reported to support up to 500hp. My engine is currently around 450hp+ to make those dyno numbers and there is no probs with fuel delivery or pressure.....yet
The EMS is by far the most easiest ECU to install and tune that i have dealt with to date. There is no need to ever send them back to the dealers for reconfiguring when change and injector type or something like some ecu's. They have worked on absolutely everything we have tried them on. We have used Motecs, Wolfs, Autronics, Microtechs, Apexi's and i still believe, IMHO, that the value for money and ease of use of EMS beats all the others. If you have any specific questions to ask about it, fire away. You can check some info on EMS's webpage too. www.fuel-injection.com The Stinger 4 is about all you'll ever need and costs just over $1k
