There is an inspecton cover just above the sender, lift your carpet etc to find it

My guage doesn't read properly either. If i complelty fill the tank it reads about 3/4 and when the tank is empty it reads around the 1/4. Iv'e read on here that the LPG tanks use a different OHM rating to the nissan guage and you can fix it by putting a resistor in the sender wire somewhere but i couldn't find out on here what resistor and where to put it. Im not sure if you mean if your petrol tank guage doesnt work or gas tank guage doesnt work?

well found it all good.
rather then rip seats and carpet out just cut some slits in the carpet.. alot quicker!
nothing looked out of the ordinary, gave it a wipe etc put it back in and it seamed to read right. filled up this arvs and was only reading 3/4 after a fiddle it went strait to full!
have to keep an eye on it though..
