carby problem - please advise

Post by Itsuki Style »

Hey everyone, my zook has a probelm, under 2 and a half thousand revs it has no power at all, it's like its almost stalling or has no fuel or something, it just bogs right down, until over 2.5 grand, then it acts normally.

I think it got more noticable with the cold weather, which make me wonder if my little air diverter thing that gets air from around the exhaust manifold is working propery, maybe i need to make a manual switch to change it for winter/ summer?

Does anyone have any ideas

PS its a 94 model, and idles ok most of the time

thanks

Check your vaccum advance is opperating, and that your auto choke is working correctly. Also check that your accelerator pump is opperating properly.
