standed snorkel

Post by offroader-rama »

has any one got a factory gq snorkel from around 93 petrol patrol it comes out of rear of guard unlike safari which comes along the length of guard after out side section especialy top section that runs along roof as mine has shatted from hitting trees.
if i cant find one cheap i'll make it out of stainless but would prefer quick fix.

cheers rama

Do these snorkels usually come off a DX model......I have a 96 RX and would like to also get away from the dreaded "long leg" snorkel! My mate has an 89 DX with this type of snorkel......Hence the line of thinking. His also had the intake following the roof line. I thought it was an Airtec???
