Lower than 4.62:1 Patrol GQ ?

I've got 4.62s out of a RD28 GU. Also got 37" tires so guess I'm a little bit undergeared. I've gone as low as genuine Nissan goes, so I've got to go aftermarket if want to go lower. I know I can get 4.88 in Ebay Australia, but I think the pinion gets to small and could break. What do you guys think?

They've got 5.42 Where can I get those? Only in Iceland? How about the pinion there? Gets even smaller?

Numerous here use 4.6s with 37's and are happy. You will always get people sayin happy/others unhappy... plenty of people use 4.8's and plenty use 4.6's and some break both, all depends on terrain, driving style, and what engine/HP your pumping

I think the nissan genuine 4.6's have a better name than the aftermarket gear.

if I remember cheezy said once he had tried some 5.1's (could be wrong was few yrs back) but they didnt last long, but his was a large chev with numerous HP, but that might have been 4.8's, as I said it was a few yrs back was talkin to him about em. 5.xx's are in Iceland where they come out with 44's on their rigs..
