WE Rock Australia presents the

MICKEY THOMPSON CARNAGE ON THE CONCRETE
Australia's first ever man made rockcrawling competition


Location - Eastern Creek Raceway

Date - 11th/12th August 2007

Classes:

PRO-MODIFIED
UNLIMITED
JUDGES CUP


General Spectator Information:

Enter raceway via Gate 7 off Ferrers Rd
On site catering and toilets
No camping on site


Event Itinerary:

Saturday 11th August:
6am - Gates open for competitors
7:30am - Gates open for spectators
8am to 8:30am - Tech Inspection and Sign in at Competition Site
9am - Competitors are able to walk the courses
9:30am - Drivers meeting
10am - Competition begins
4pm - Projected end of days competition

Sunday 12th August:
6am - Gates open for competitors
7:30am - Gates open for spectators
9am - Competitors are able to walk the courses
10am - Competition begins
4pm - Projected end of competition

Presentation within 1 hour of competition end.

What A pisser I will be in the states, my first trip over seas and there will be a WE ROCK 30 min from home.If you can promote this event it will be huge.
Sam You need to try to get some buggys out to the street meets they are run on Wednseday nights out at the creek just to let every one now what will be going on and what WE ROCK is all about.
Any chance of changing the date till after the 20th August :)

Yeah I was thinking the same thing last night.. There are drifts this weekend at the creek, should get some buggies out there, and to other events to promote it. I'm happy to clean and park my bucket of bolts somewhere and hand out flyers if you want Sam. Going to the Wednesday night street meets is also easy.

By yourself a return ticket from Brisbane to Sydney with Virgin is about $184. much better than driving your own vehicle, I know it would cost me alot more to drive up to Bris and back in my truck. If you include the time and the energy lost the flight look much more attractive. If you can arrange for someone to stay with, take you there and pick you up, that's what I'd be doing. Otherwise the other option is to get a car load of buddies and split the costs.
