Removing Stickers

My recent purchase has bogan stickers all over the canopy (perspex) whats the best way to remove them.

Peel them off them use some eucalyptus oil to remove the stick shit.

once the sticker is off $2 degreaser and a rag also works really well.

Ive used a hair dtyer to warm up the glue while I gingerly use a razor blade to lift stubborn stickers

take your time with the razor as you can get layers of paint off if your impatient

Yeah the $2 degreaser and a rag removes the sticky glue that is lefty behind

i removed the manky pinstriping stickers off my hungy when i bought it by parking it in the sun all day.. then carefully and slowly peeling off the sticker while using a solution of dishwashing detergent to wipe it as it went ( was told to do this bit by a panel shop)....

to clean up the residue i used some prepsol type stuff but i dont know how this would go on perspex....

then polish/ wax the area... i didnt do this intially and after a drive thru some dust you could clearly see where the stickers were!! i shat ...

but after a bit of meguiars and elbow you wouldnt know they were ever there....

I went and bought a rubber wheel attchment that went on the end of a drill, takes no time to rip em off. Must be careful not to have the drill goin full ball though, it can burn the paint.

pour boiling water out of the kettle on the sticker, works as good as a heat gun if you dont have one - and no risk of burning the paint.

He is talking about perpex. It may melt it like acrylic paint depending on the type of perpex.

As said above use a heat gun or hair dryer to remove the sticker and then use wax & greaser remover (prepsol) to remove the glue. This is the way I would do it at work (panel shop).

Rubber wheels are only any good for certain paints (most 2 packs but not all) and unless you know what your using it on and how to actually use the wheel without stuffing the paint it can work out an expensing way of removing some stickers.
