Its 30 spline inside the Freewheeling Hub. As long as we are talking about a solid axle front.

yeah i mean the free wheeling hub end, 30 spline, cheers for that, have a mate with birfeilf eliminators, with warn hubs and has a broken cv, back when we tried fitting a standard cv, the hub end splines were different, and cant remember what spline we are chasing, anyone know what the warn hub slines are?? and whether the standard axle length in different to a birfeild length, any help appreciated

Birfield eliminators are also 30 spline at the FWH.

because although they are both 30 spline, the standards are different pattern, and the spline length on a standard is shorter.
Spoke to the guy who originally fitted the whole kit, he said it was straight from Warn, for Hilux , using F350 hubs and bearings, he seems to think that any eliminator designed for a hilux would be exact same and would need these hubs, because of the size of the CV( universal joint) . Apparently they have a lifetime warranty but Warn no longer make them, so only chance is to find someone who may have got a spare, or have left over parts of this kit.. without the eliminator the bigger hubs are useless, as the locking part in the warn hubs does not fit any other hilux CV.. so where stuck.. Idealy long fields, with altered locking mechanism, but alot of work.
Someone else must have fitted one of these kits????

Alot of that lifetime waranty is BS it's what they deam to be the lifetime of a certain product say they expect it not to wear out in 5years or X amount of K's that is a "Lifetime" may not be the case here but have heard of it happening.
Good luck by any chance not the same as these i don't see any hubs so i'd think they fit std hilx hubs
