Don't drive it hard and don't do much stop start driving. As others have said the auto works better with the tdi.. Just be careful waiting for something to happen when you pull out on a test drive. Scared the hell out of me when we were test driving them and put me off at the time.

On reflection wish we had have bought the auto though
