I have some 50mm round aluminium bar, is this big enough for a lux body lift?
b
i have had two hiluxes now that i have ended up putting bodylifts into.the first was 50mm alloy,2nd was 50mm steel.i think the diameter is good enough, just keep an eye on things if you are worried.i also reccomend not going more than 50mm b/lift which im sure u werent anyway....matt
sierra truggy,37 sticky treps,propane,6.5s and disconnect,lux diffs with spools,16" fox shox,hydro steer.
LIFT BLOCKS
Try and use a bit bigger under the cab like 65-75mm diameter to spread the load a bit more on the sheet metal. will stop some cracks. p.s can only fit 50mm on the very front radiator support mounts.
cheers....
