hi guy just wont to know if i can fit a 35x12.5 15 on 8" rims LC off set on a 60 series with SPOA and will it scrubs?

You should have heaps of clearance. I have the same set up but with SUA, 3" lift and 2" bodylift. The rear tyres rub ever so slightly against the inner wheel well under full articulation.

here is a pic of the front of the rim and i think the back is 3 1/2" of back space
