bad wine coming fom one/both of the diffs in my f75, bearing perhaps?
just had the gearbox rebuilt so it rules that out.
is only when cruising or backing of the sound is there, not under acceleration or when i put the clutch in
the faster i go the louder it is all uni's are new, could it be one to many underwater excursions
ideas : maybe pinion bearing but sound goes away when i put the clutch in. clutch and spigot bearing are new
???

yeah would prob be your diff bearing its not a hard job. all u need is a bearing puller and a press to put the bearing s back on . the last time i did mine the hardest part was pulling the diff out .also check your wheel bearing first as they are eazya to do cost about $100 for wheel bearing and i think the last time i did a diff i cost about $120 /$150 for 4 bearing and a seal .
