Are f truck diffs a common conversion in tjs? ie late model superduty f trucks with the d60 front etc?
any diff can be thrown under a TJ. regardless of what sort they will all take modifying driveshafts , steering geometry etc to make it all work. nothing will bolt right in......if the pumpkin is on the passenger side in the front will make it just a little bit easier.
They use D60's D44, gm 14 bolts commonly in the states because of availability.

Im currenty doing this at the moment (for the last 12months anyway, slow project). At the time (12montha ago) the only thing i could get my hands on and at a good low price where a pair of f150 diffs. The front is a high pinion Dana44, the rear 31 spline Ford 9". I'v build these diffs up with ARBs, 5:13s, CTMs and billet axles. Relisticlly these diffs are giong to be more then strong enought for the power and waight of a TJ. Iv kept them full width too
