I have some 4 inch lifted GQ coils. I bought them from Maquarie 4x4 around 5 years ago. They were cliaimed to six inch lifted coils but only ever gave me 4 inches of lift in my 4.2 diesel wagon. I left them on for two years and then got some 7 inch coils made by a spring place and I have used them ever since.
If you want my 4 inch coils you can buy them for $350. I can box them and post them up to you if you like. Let me know ASAP if you want them.

I used to run around in my Mav with stock panhard rods and 4 inch coils. It worked fine like that — the axles would have sat slightly off-centre but nothing too noticable. Once I put the 6 inch lift in the axles were obviously off-centre so I fitted the adjustable panhard arms then.
sticks out to the right side approximately half an inch.
Checked on a guys GU wagon with 35 inch mt/r's with 4 inch lift... stuck out to the right by 1/2 inch.. didnt really worry him.. but if you're paranoid about beign symmetrical.. and perhaps less rubbin on one side when fully articulated then its problaby worth investing in an adjustable panhard bar.
