If anyone has a templete for a 96 hilux safari snorkel i'm looking for one.Can reward with a $10 card for a bottleshop.Good for a 6pack :armsup:
96 hilux ex/cab,commadore v6, lokka front, lifted, 4.88's, 33's,duel fuel,trac bar,climax drop pin rear shackles..

What engine do you have in your lux V6, 2.4 or 2.8 ?

The current model saf snorkel is the ss60hf which fits petrol and diesel engines on the right hand side.
When you say 'older' model snorkel do you mean something different or is this the one?

Its got a 3.8 vr commadore motor, but I have a airbox and snorkel out of a 2.8 diesel which will mount on the passanger side, just missin the template.... :cry:

It is smaller than the current ones & more cylindrical at the point where it goes through the guard, i bought it 2nd hand & it came of a 60 ( APPARENTLY )It is a safari snorkel but may be an older model. ??
