it would be good to get a few cars up to janowen on that weekend so we could do a mock up team and run them through a couple of tracks to give us an idea of dnf times and those watching an idea of what will be required to make up a good team.

Gday Brett - Paul in Toowoomba.
Might bring the hilux out again for the weekend - see how it goes again up that skull track. I'll be your driver in the under 33" tyre category hey!! No one to stand on my steps to keep my wheels down this time though..

sorry about the date clashing with mud bulls but there is something on most weekends . we just want to get the ball rolling on this so people will have plenty of time to get organised as we are looking at setting a date for feb or march.

you will not need a full on comp vehicle or huge tyres to do this event .
there will be seperate exit points along some tracks for the cars with smaller tyres . it will be up to you and your team to decide if you wish to follow to the end and go for the bonus points and maybe pick up a heap of penalties or even time out or take the safe option and exit early.
you as a team have to take the gamble  .
the main object of this event is to have fun and work as a team to do the best you can to complete the courses set out.
we will be making the tracks wagon freindly and would love to see a few out there .

It might be an idea to let the owners know what you are wanting to do. I was at Janowen the last 2 weekends and the only thing Owen knows about it is what we told him we had read. He still thought the meeting day was in november as well untill we told him he date had been changed.
