Morning all,
Please help! I have a vibration in the snorkel area(3l motor) that comes around 2200-2600rpm. On the weekend i took it all apart to give it a clean. I ran up the road with it all together, bar the front cover of the air filter, nor the element. Low and behold , no noise! Put the filter in, screwed it up tight, put the cover on, and the same noise is back.
It almost sounds like a reverse reverbaration up the snorkel. Does any one have any idea, or experienced it before. It is a Safari snorkel on a "92 4runner.
