What does everyone use for a power steering pump on their 1uz powerd hiluxs

I got one but no power steering how can i get it ?

Everybody just uses the standard 1uz power steer pump.
Just ring around wreckers you should be able to get one for under $200. Last one I bought was $180.
I have one here that needs rebuilding but it would cost you about $250 just to have it rebuilt, hence why I just got one from a wreckers.

When you do hook it up run an auto tranny cooler as a power steer cooler. This is almost a must as the pump ends up straight above the box which makes the lines very short and not long enough to give time for the fluid to cool. So if wokred slightly hard the fluid will over heat very quickly, which then kills the pumps very quickly :roll:

its easy to rebuild the 1uz pump :)
and its cheap.
