Post by teambullet »

What kind of an event is it everyone. Mud drags like the old school jamborees etc. Straight line runs?
What are the classes?

I have spoken to ness, one of the organisers, and she said...

but...

NO FIRES AT ALL!

Gas cookers are fine for meals.

Gas cookers are great to COOK with.
But you cant all sit around a gas burner having a few drinks and telling yarns, well you can try but its not quite the same is it

Still going up though

I dont make the rules, but being a showground where the even is held, we need to appreciate we've got somewhere to camp at all. A LOT of show societies will not let you camp on their precious showground!

I'm a maybe now.. I found out today I've been selected as a finalist for the Trainee of the Year Awards and the ceremony thingy is the night before...

it is our hope that we can run 5-6 events there each year.

& eventually have people grabbing that old run down 4-be in the back yard & bringin it up 4 a squirt.

give it a quick spray job, big wheels etc

& there u have a cheap motorsport.

have a look on the net round the mud drag racing world & you will get my drift.
