Ok,
How many lts did it take to fill up the tank again??
45, 50, 60lts??
the tanks are 65lts going by memory.

If you can, fill from the same pump, and fill to same spot on the filler neck, or 2nd click etc for accurate estimate.

take the lts, divide by the kms from your last fill, and X by 100 for lts/100kms

ie

260.3kms
21.8lts

21.8/260.3
X100
= 8.37lts/ 100kms

Taken from one of my fills on my Ln106 non turbo lux

If you get 14l per 100km you are doing well.
I am yet to see the 1kz-te get over 500Km per tank (68L)

Mabey if they still have the standard 28" on and std form?

They are a good donk , old school , and you will find if you weigh them up they will still give the same fuel figures.

So the figures you have given are about right.

My old mans 100 series turbo diesel gives better figures than my lux.
But they are a really well refined engine.

Cheers
