Outside temp on Navara d40

Post by hoges »

HEy guys
For anyone that is interested you can add a sensor from the pathfinder to the d40 to get outside tempreture on the dash.

It is a couple of minute job to do it.

The part number is
part no. is NI27722-AX600 Sensor Assy-Ambient D40Navara

part no. is NI27722-AX610 Sensor Assy-Ambient R51 Pathfinder

I am using the pathfinder one and it works a treat.

All you have to do is plug it in take battery terminals off to reset computer and re set you clock and it works.

Let me know if you want any more info

Here are some pics. 1 is what you see on the dash

the other is where it is behind the grill

you can also go to repco and get a inside/outside temp gauge for under 20 bucks that you can mount anywhere you like, and it will go in any vehicle
