Any tuned length diesel manifold has to be custom made. Not enough demand for mass produced items.

The difference between a log manifold and a tuned lenght manifold is slim to f*ck all. Been there experimented gone back to a log style high mount manifold.

The idea of the extracter manifold is for high flow high rev high boost, the diesel doesnt rev enough to need one..also the longer the runner, the ooler the exhaust gets and as it cools iot looses velocity and your turbo slows.

i can see why it didn't work strait up, number 1 and number 2, number 5 and number 6 should have been swapped over, less bends strait up and not as long runners...

looks the goods though... no offence intended bud at all.

cheers mark

Bit of a hijack here but...
Balzack what is the new suspension set up? How did you find the old stuff with a combo of spring, body and shackle lift?
Just heading down a similar route...

by far the most cost effective turbo manifold for 1HZ is the factory exhaust manifold, cut the triangular flange off the exhaust, get a flange to fit your turbo, and weld in a short section of pipe about 30mm, just enough to clear the studs. you can fit a plenty big enough low mount turbo in there.
