Is this a lot on a petrol to be worried about?

Few people have said the bigger motors should be able to handle it?
Any Comments?

Service history would be crucial. Check the books, even contact the dealer that serviced it.

4.5 1FZFE? I had an 80 series with just under 400K and it still ran like brand new and the oil was still golden. Had never been appart as far as i was aware.
