New fuel line to fuel rail?

Post by Kickingback99 »

Ok, was wondering, if I have lost the bolt which connects fuel line to filter from fuel rail, are there any aftermarket options to replace the fuel line?

Isn't it a banjo style fitting? Plenty of other cars use that type, it's very common.

Yep its a standard metric banjo - should be commonly available on Japanese wrecks. I know for a fact that the Applause uses the same banjo bolt.

P.S. use new copper washers or anneal the old as they work harden over time and can leak. Worth the extra $ IMO

Under bonnet high pressure fuel leak = bad karma.
( usual disclaimers )

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.
