My first post and question, while I sift through the torrent of information on the bible.
I resurfaced the cylinder head on my Patrol GU TB45 a couple of months ago and over the past week its been overheating. with the help of a mates "endoscope" I can see signs of water incursion on two of the cylinders. Exhaust is burning too lean as well. Head came off and two of the valves are burnt as well.
Since reconditioned/exchange heads aren't available where I currently live (United Arab Emirates), I'll have to go for a new head.
But before I mess up again I need to know the tightening sequence, torque and angles on a TB45 cylinder head. The local dealer was unhelpful.
Any printables for the TB45 would be even better. can't find anything online. Nothing on the TB45 in Alldata or Haynes either.
Many thanks.
