i have a 90 surf ifs what parts do i need to sas it . do i have to go toyota or could i go nissan and is it best to go for a 5 link or 3 link front end also what welding and engineering needs to be done. is it able to be registerd in QLD

first get in contact with an engineer. he will set you up, you might possibly not be able to have a 5 link as engineers like using standard mounts. patrol diffs are too wide unless you use the whole gq chassis your prolly best off doing a bundera front conversion.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown

Go with a 3" SAS if you want to keep it streetable and a Toyota axle.

call an engineer and tell him wht you plan to do
youll need a cruiser 78/9 series diff and radius arms etc. or a bundy diff with arms etc. dont know the width of the cruiser diff but it is being done by hales1234 off the forum
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
