A person fitting this equipment must have accreditation to install such equipment to allow the said vehicle to travel on any Aus Rail Network?
I would be looking for the list the ARA has, of accredited engineering firms that manufacture or fit such equipment!
http://www.ara.net.au/
If not, the go to Hornsby Rail way and works depot and you will see one there somewhere and have a look at the sticker on the thing!
