I have undone the diff side of it and cannot turn it for the life of me and cannot get the bolt on the top side undone either. Any suggestions??

Take it off completely and work on it with expensive tools, so as not to round anything. Get it in a vice and oil things up bit might help.

use a vice, big shifter with a pole extension and wd40.

If all else fails beat it to death.

you should be able to use a breaker bar on the top bolt... you are best using a impact socket so you are getting a better grip on the bolt, if you cant do it with the breaker bar use a piece of pipe on it and it should work.

then as said undo it in the vice...

If all else fails find someone with a oxy set and heat the nut up.

look above but you must always have a plan b, so your plan b shall be as follows:

get angle grinder pref with biggest meatiest blade ever
cut nut head off
drill hole
use screw extractor

wullah plan b works for everything i find :D
