Thats how my mates new jeep has its diff protection..
Wouldnt u wanna stay away from straight out welding onto diff centres? Just that ive heard of plenty of people warping the housing (i guess u would call it that)

this is how i did it with some heavy wall pipe bent up with a pipe bender and a piece of 10 x 50mm flat bar with some holes drilled in it...

3.0L turbo diesel, 4" lift, bud's front housing, track assasin cv's, air lokker front + Rear, beadlock'd 37 stickies, high steer, 15.5" travel ranchos, high pinion diff and coils on the rear

My diff guards cost about $70 each (I think, it was a little while ago) I did by 54 of them from the US though

Nah it doesn't just looks like it in the pic...
It actually sits level with the bottom, the camera was angled down slightly...

are those small wheels to assist the diff up and over?
Drive it as far as you can then sleep in it and get up and do it all again!

If you mean the blue 'wheels', its not actually wheels, does look like it though. Its part of the control arms.

Did mine this way, Nissan H233 take a 10" HD pipe cap. They have a 1/2" wall thickness. My diffs are at a mates place so can't get pics.

Im gonna order a Snake Racing guard, they look good and will stop your car dead or break the rock before hurting your pumpkin.
