Anybody able to help me with the total length of these. It's time to do something about gearing, durability and power for the Feroza.

I'm considering the Vit 2l 4 cyl donk.

Yeah, thought of that but wanna I think I may have problems with engineering the commo motor these days.... BIGGER brakes and front suspension too.....

If you can wait till later next week I'll measure it for you. Matt at Total Traction has already had a look at it the other day if you are the one he is talking about being interested in this swap.

Just checking cj - you do know that you can measure from the underneath ?

I agree that measuring from the side is easier - but you don't really have to go to all that trouble for lil ol us.. :D

Once cj has given you the package length I would suggest that you decide if its going to be legal or not.

If so, go talk to an engineer as early as possible - before you spend money on "stuff" and IMO its going to be an expensive process so budgeting and planning up front will help minimize the nasty surprises.

I am sure cj, mugginsmoo or gwagensteve will be able to direct you to a knowledgeable engineer and perhaps give you some cost indication.
