Hi guys was out late last night doing a night run up at Mt Disapointment with my brother and we just went throught a hole full of water say up to the axle and coming out of it the clutch started sliping, so my brother climbed underneath and sprayed some water through the side of the bellhousing onto the clutch and it stopped the slipping, got out of the bush but started slipping again about 2 hours later and again sprayed water onto the clutch again and fixed the problem.......
Now does anybody experienced this problem or know how the fix it from happening again...
Cheers Chris.
OH and it's a GQ 4.2 EFI......

Clutch slipping?????
sounds like mud in clutch, you will have to clean the clutch up if it isnt glazed already. Seal the bell housing with silicone, if you have a compressor on board you could drill n tap a fitting into the bellhousing n preasurise it with 2psi or so when doing water/mud. I have a few mates with comp trucks that do this.
