GU tray onto GQ wagon chassie?

Will a GU steel tray bolt onto a GQ wagon Chassie without too much hassle?
Short GQ, Petrol, Turbo.

should do, i think gq and gu ute have the same chassis, the gu wagon is a little different, i think....

Will need some mod to the mounts. Ute chassis and wagon chassis have different mounts.
