hi all

this questions for anyones thats the done 1jz twin turbo conversion l'm putting one in my hilux to replace 3y

my problem is when l got my engine from the importer it came with an auto ecu not manual will this be a problem with my conversion?

l'll be using a manual gearbox so any issues l should no of?

hey, shouldn't have any major issues running with the auto ECU.
the only thing i would recomend is where the wiring goes to the neutral-park switch on the auto is to bridge the wires that tell the ECU it is in drive.
Some ECU's will lean off fuel mixtures in park or neutral, and you don't want that. (not sure if 1j does or not)

i have done a 1j conversion but i used the auto.
