Not sure what you can do next. Its got nothing to do with me or this site. Im just making sure you guys have actually contacted him directly not just sent PMs here expecting him to answer.

It could be a totally honost problem but the fact he is not replying here or keeping anyone that he has taken money from up to date is what seams dodgy to me

If this doesnt come good i will take action in removing this user from the site.

You have other lines of contact for him. I imagine if he is being difficult this site will be the one line of contact he is going to ignore the most.

No problem. As i just said in my pm to you. There is the possibility that he has made a stuff up him self and really just doesnt know how to deal with it.

Seeing he works for an engine importer im going to take a guess as to what may have happened here.

I would say they were organising a container load of parts out of the US or even a plane shipment of parts. So he thought he could maybe help a few people out here and organise a bulk deal on an item he wanted himself anyway. So that everyone would be better off and then he could add these items to their shipment again to save you all money but possibly to make himself some money(i dont see any reason someone cant make some money out of a deal like this). Im guessing their shipment has been held up for one reason or another (which trust me is very common comming out of the US)and he is possibly getting farked around as much as you all feel he is farking you around. He is possibly getting similar stories from the other end as to what he is giving you. I know how he feels as i too have been the middle man on similar deals with another very prominant hard core 4wd supplier in Aus.

Haven't heard anything , I read the same thread you guys do so I'm not worried yet as it is Xmas/New year and things are slow , also I'm not in as much as a hurry because when mine comes I'm selling my truck so it gives me more time to clean it up , I'm sure it will all sort itself out , Cheers Paul.

Man, it's only been 5 weeks since he placed his order. I only know what's been writen here but legal action after 5 weeks, the order may be held up especially over the Xmas break. Yes he should be more informative but do you know his situation. I don't know him but I think you're jumping the gun abit. I know I'm not the one with money tied up, no matter how much, but I would speak with him before starting legal action, which will cost a bomb either way.
