I really dislike having an in-effective handbrake, so I am looking for an alternative to the stock handbrake on my '84 LN65 Hilux. I know I can get a transfer case brake from <supplier not named> but I can't afford that.
Anyone know how I could fab up a home made version of a transfer case brake OR something equivalent??
Many thanks.

Very cheap handbrake-
Drill a hole in your floor just above your inu behind the transfer, now get the biggest screw driver you got and put it through the floor and your uni, too easy
