I need to replace my o2 sensor so bought a new one today with out a plug
so i was going to cut and join to old one but whats the colour code

green
yellow
black
black

Hi, did mine a few months ago and from memory
green = ground
yellow = ecu
black = heater
black = heater

just check for continuity with the green wire to the chassis. that will confirm that green = ground.
