Patrol INdicators stopped working

Post by c110gtr »

Hi

I accidentally touched the braided hose on one of the bolt/wire of the alternator and it created a little spark.

Now my indicators stopped working, everything else is working fine.
Tested the flasher can swapped it with the hazard light one and works fine.
Checked the under dash fuse and its not blown.
Found a melted fusable link and just a quick fix, I connected up an inline fuse with 15amp and was getting a reading of 6v and swapped the fuse with 20 amps and getting 12v from the tip of the wire.

But the indicators STILL NOT WORKING, what am I missing???

Can anyone please help me out, need the patrol ASAP for work.
