Hey does anyone out there know how to convert a waeco to a manual thermostat my P.O.S is stuck on freeze I sure it has the danfoss compressor in it? I have a/c thermostats I was just thinking the compressor was still computer controlled though?

And your an auto-electrician?
Find positive feed to compressor.
Cut.
Connect thermostat in series.

Or, if you'd prefer to fix the problem, fault-find the circuit.
Check all control inputs (thermostat, pressure switches, etc, individually).
If all OK, lob me a wiring diagram and I'll sort it for you.

I haven't even had it apart I was wondering it was voltage controlled ie it varies voltage to the compressor somehow I don't think its as simple as finding the positive to the compressor...

A 12VDC variable speed drive via voltage regulation?

I doubt very much that it's as simple as finding the feed-wire. But your original question was

Thought I'd give you a leg-up by suggesting checking inputs, and offer to fault-find the circuit for you if that didn't help.
